Refund Policy

All sales are final. Because The Forever Planner is a digital product, we maintain a strict no refund policy once an order is completed.

 

Why we do not offer refunds on digital products

Digital files are delivered instantly, and once accessed, they cannot be “returned” in the way a physical item can. This is standard across the industry for ebooks, templates, and downloadable files. If you purchase, access, or download The Forever Planner, you agree that your purchase is final and non refundable. Once access is provided after purchase, it is irrevocable, hence making it an unreturnable product. 

Prior abuse of refunds

We previously tested a more flexible refund policy. Unfortunately, many people abused it to obtain the product without paying, for example by downloading the files, using them, then requesting a refund. To protect our customers who pay fairly, and to sustain ongoing improvements, we now enforce a strict no refund policy.

Chargebacks and disputes

Filing a chargeback after receiving the product is treated as misuse. We provide order records and delivery logs to the payment provider to resolve disputes. If you decide to proceed with a chargeback/dispute, your name, address, credit card info will be provided to online blacklisting services, and your bank will be notified of buyer fraud. If you experience a genuine billing error, contact us first so we can help quickly.

Access or download issues

If you have trouble accessing your files, we will make reasonable efforts to restore access or resend the download links. Technical access issues are not a basis for a refund. We are happy to help with any technical issues you are facing, and generally respond within 24 hours. You can contact us at hello@theforeverplanner.com

Fraud, sharing, and licensing

Your purchase grants a license for personal use. Reselling, sharing, or redistributing the product files is not allowed. We may revoke access for clear violations of the license.
